In unseren Träumen und in der Hypnose gibt es Traumsymbole, die uns zum Nachdenken über Ihre Bedeutung bringen.
Traumsymbole sind Symbole oder Bilder, die im Traum erscheinen und eine bestimmte Bedeutung oder Interpretation haben können.
Doch wer sagt, dass es immer die gleiche Bedeutung ist?
Diese Symbole können auf unterschiedliche Weise interpretiert werden, je nach dem Kontext des Traums und den persönlichen Erfahrungen und Überzeugungen des Einzelnen.
Gehe wie folgt vor:
- Schreibe deine Träume auf! Nur so kannst du sich wiederholende Themen und Symbole ausfindig machen.
- Markiere ähnliche Stimmungen, Symbole / Gegenstände mit der gleichen Farbe, so dass du schon nach kurzer Zeit einen Überblick über deine Trauminhalte bekommst.
Zu den häufigsten Traumsymbolen gehören Wasser, Tiere und die Farbe Schwarz.
Beginne nun dein eigenen Traumlexikon herzustellen.
Dein Leitfrage sollte immer sein: “Wie habe ich mich in diesem Traum gefühlt? Was hat er in mir bewirkt?”
Manchmal sind Träume profan und eine einfache Reflexion, der tagsüber aufgenommenen Umweltreize.
Traumsymbole in der Hypnose können jedoch bildhaft Botschaften sein und aus dem Unbewussten empfangen werden.
Sie sollten jedoch nicht von außen eingeordnet und interpretiert werden, sondern vom Träumenden selbst! Ein Schwert kann sowohl Schutz als auch das Bedürfnis nach Schutz, es kann Aggression und Angst vor Gewalt symbolisieren.
Jeder Mensch wird in der Kommunikation mit dem eigenen Unbewussten nur dann weiter kommen, wenn er sich selbst ganz auf sich einlässt.
So wenig wie dir jemand von außen sagen kann, ob du deinen Namen magst oder nicht, ob du gerne Erdbeereis ist oder nicht, ob du dich schnell verliebst oder nicht, so wenig kann jemand von außen deine Träume interpretieren.
Es ist an dir, deine Persönlichkeit zu entwickeln.
Das ist einerseits der längere Weg, andererseits der viel wertvollere.
Träume sind ein komplexes Phänomen, das von der Neurowissenschaft noch nicht vollständig verstanden wird. Die Forschung hat gezeigt, dass das Gehirn während des Schlafs aktiv ist und dass bestimmte Bereiche während des Träumens aktiver sind. Die Gehirnregionen, die an Gedächtnis, Emotionen und visueller Verarbeitung beteiligt sind, sind während des Träumens besonders aktiv.
Neuere Studien haben gezeigt, dass verschiedene Teile des Gehirns in unterschiedlichen Schlafphasen aktiv sind und dass sich die Aktivitätsmuster im Gehirn während des Träumens von denen in anderen Schlafphasen wie dem Tiefschlaf oder dem REM-Schlaf unterscheiden. Die genaue Funktion des Träumens ist nach wie vor unbekannt, aber es gibt Theorien über die Konsolidierung des Gedächtnisses, die emotionale Regulierung, das Lösen von Problemen oder einfach als Nebenprodukt der zufälligen Gehirnaktivität während des Schlafs.
